TRAVEL + ON-LOCATIONAvailable by custom quote.
For approved travel engagements, the client funds estimated airfare or ground transportation, reputable lodging, baggage/equipment, parking/tolls and other approved travel costs before Crown & Pen books them. Crown & Pen selects and books its own travel and accommodations for safety and operational control. Changes to the approved date, location, schedule, attendance or scope require agency approval and may change the quote.

How much does a project cost?
Starting investments are listed above. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, deliverables and timeline, and is confirmed after your intake and consultation.
Do you require a deposit or retainer?
Yes. Custom projects require a 50% non-refundable retainer after the consultation and approved scope. Production does not begin until the retainer is received.
How long will my project take?
Typical starting timelines are shown with each service. Your exact production window is confirmed with the approved scope and can change if the project expands or required client materials are delayed.
How do revisions work?
Revision rounds are defined in your approved project scope. Requests outside the approved direction, deliverables or revision allowance may require a scope update and additional investment before work continues.
Do you work outside New Orleans?
Yes. Crown & Pen works with clients remotely and is available nationwide. Consultations can be held by Google Meet, and approved workshops or engagements can be booked on-location by custom quote.
Can Crown & Pen travel for a class or workshop?
Yes. Live classes require a minimum of 10 participants. For approved travel engagements, estimated transportation, reputable lodging and other approved travel costs are funded before Crown & Pen books travel.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Crown & Pen reviews your intake, then the next step is a consultation. After the conversation, an approved scope, investment and timeline are established. Your project is secured after the required retainer is paid.
Can you work with branding or a website I already have?
Absolutely. You do not have to start over. Existing logos, websites, content, photos, systems and brand assets can be reviewed to determine what should stay, what needs improvement and what should be rebuilt.
Do you offer services that are not listed?
Yes. Crown & Pen works across brand strategy, AI-assisted production, entertainment, publishing, digital systems, campaigns and education. If your idea crosses multiple lanes, submit it anyway and the consultation will determine the best build.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and usage rights depend on the type of project and are defined in the approved agreement. Crown & Pen may retain rights to its underlying systems, methods or reusable tools while client-specific final deliverables are handled according to the project terms.
